yeah i got this to with same reaction. i will hav to see if i can get the vinyl from hong kong. it's a hot item. i know someone is ordering like 50 of them from a source, bastard.

HK and Japan have a close link up with toy business so its easy to get them here, but you have to be fast. Collectors here are crazy.

if you look at the sender list on the email it says 1J 1K and !? so there are 3 lists. Obviously the the KAWS team somehow f'ked up and had names on all the lists.

apparently 2 more colors will be available of the print. I like that its priced so high. It deters profiteers. Unfortunately I couldnt afford this color...but maybe the next.

I'm going to have a hard time saying no if there's a black version. My Kaws expenditures for this month are going to be out of control - the print, framing, and then three (come on, there have to be three) of the actual visible Companion toys.

Does anyone have hard data on what Kaws originals are going for lately? Do they go up for sale? I saw a large canvas for $20000 somewhere, I think.
