 DE-CLASSIFIED
Report Summary:
Wednesday, February 14th, 2007, multiple eyewitness accounts reported sightings of an unidentified extraterrestrial or alien being. Eyewitness accounts differ to the color of the being from hues of translucent pink, translucent orange or translucent yellow. Equal number of all colors have claimed to be spotted. This figure was only seen within the vicinity of the Super7 store in San Francisco, and only for a very brief time beginning at 11am on Wednesday. Witnesses also reported that the figure was held in a secret bag, and was not visible to them until they gave $95 to the store staff for a single bag. Only one bag was available per person, as quantities were extremely limited.

I think the first statement is in reference to the 'military report' style of the flyer.
So, $95 for a blind-bag, 1 per person. I need some serious toy karma that day. Or someone to trade with afterward, perhaps.

Yeah, I caught that it was in reference to the fake classified document thing. I just thought it was funny that no one noticed it before posting it.

Does "instore" mean that you can order over the phone, too?
