 Moderation in Observation!
I have been trying real hard to just read posts on this board and let'm go. But I noticed the Bloody Bemon post seemed to get a bit out of hand. I don't profess to know why people have become so angry and antagonistic with some of thier replys. But I kinda wish some people could tone down thier hostility.
This is supposed to be a toy collecting fan site but it seems like lately there are arguments over stupid crap everywhere. I'm not about to start pointing fingers because you all know what that leads too. I still enjoy OUR site, I just wish it could be more about collecting and less about the drama none of us really need.
I kinda wish that some threads were not allowed so much time to linger and take on such an aggressive tone. I think this probably bothers alot of other members too, who knows. At any rate is it possible for the MODERATORS to end these types of threads sooner or just delete the post alltogether before it has time to get so out of hand.
No matter who is friends with whom or whoever you might consider your ally here, none of us should hafta listen to this CRAP on any kind of regular basis.
Lets get on with collecting for the pure enjoyment of it ! Big - PEACE !

I agree with Lee. Too many threads turn into crap slinging fests, and they're almost always egged on by a few repeat antagonists who enjoy stoking the flames with a photo, snide comment, or just a single emoticon.
The board has really exploded in the last two months. I'm all for stronger, yet impartial moderation. Nobody should have a free pass to sling turds just because they've been here a while or for any other reason.
No need for all the BS or junior high ball busting. A lot of us (most of us, I think), are here to gather together with fellow collectors, not get into sandbox deathmatches with Internet gangstas.

I don't think it has been to bad the last 10 days or so. The threads you speak of are fairly tame. One or two "tense" threads a week is a fairly low number in the grand scheme of things.

Putting on pants would go against one of the oldest traditions of this place right. I mean, we can't have someone in charge who does that.
...you all still read the forums with no pants on right?

now this is the kind of comment that starts these feuds. you better be trying to make a joke.
one person can take this as funny maybe and someone else might be like
"what the fuck is this guy talking about post counts?"
Everyone has their "opinions" and really if someone starts talking some shit you need to be the bigger man and let that shit drop. if you start defending then it just opens to door for more of these "opinions".
Also I know alot of you have your version of what "RFSO" means, but to tell you the truth I have never defined RFSO and never set and rules on what you can and cannot do, or how you earn RFSO credit. All I ever want people to do is use that Golden Rule(do unto others as . . .) and collect these amazing figures.
next time you are about to jump in with your comment, please take a minute to decide, would you want someone to post this in a thread you started. I don't have time to read every thread people post on here. I got alot of other shit to do, If I see some dumb shit I will lock it up or delete. I have 1 other moderator now and I hope I don't have to get more. I don't want to be some hall monitor looking for trouble makers.
