If the Chaos and others are being offered all fours days, I have to think that there's a boatload of them. A chance for S7 to tender some significant cash. Or maybe I'm wrong.

The tradebait thing is a deadend in my opinion. Never worked for me.

I agree about the trade bait. Usually what you want to trade it for is as hard to get as what you have and most people aren't interested in trading away their hard earned figure for essentially the same thing. It’s kind of a lateral move.

to all newbies and SDCC first timers:

the amount of money I spent (and what I know some other board members spent) is seriously astronomical. prepare yourselves to be broke. don't forget, there are many other booths too (gargamel, maxtoy, etc.). also, there is much non-toy related goodness to be had as well. once again, prepare yourselves to be broke. as a joke.

Seriously! It's even worse when you collect other things. I mean last year I blew money on comics, Star Wars, shirts, EVERYTHING! I think I dropped like $2-3,000 over the 4 day span JUST on con junk. It was my first, but I saved that money up for months. AND I STILL WANTED MORE! Wish i could be there this year blwoing a few G's.

I'm hoping to get paid to be there this year, at least to some degree, so that I can help recover costs

I'm seriously still paying off CC bills from last year - which is why I can't go this year. Hopefully there'll be some swag (Ghostfighter, Doku, Stomp) left over for us poor unfortunates who can't make it. Great work, though, guys - everything looks (and sounds) amazing).

Indeed. I still feel too "newb" to hit anyone up for hook-ups this year, so it'd be nice to think that at least some of the S7 figures might be left over for post-Con sale. I'd soooo hate to miss out on Stomp and the Bruised Chaos, but am preparing myself now for The Big Disappointment. :-)

Money and time are the two commodities that seem to evaporate faster than anticipated at SDCC. If the "available all days" toy exclusives are going to be available on preview night I imagine that Wednesday will be my biggest spending day. I really like going to all the TV and movie panels so I hope there won't be too many conflicts with the other Super7 events.

I'm wondering about the whole "available all days" thing too. Like will there only be X amount wiil be distributed each day, or is it "......until supplies last." I dunno, not like it matters to me I won't be there, but it is curious language. Can you tell I work a law firm?

It's pure speculation but a daily allotment would make sense if they wanted to stretch out the supply. I remember last year the rarer Secret Base stuff was gone by the end of Thursday.

Yeah considering there's SO many this year (what was last year? Steven, GID Frank, Ghostifighter and a shot glass?) compared and more companies than just SB I think that'd be coolest anyway. Gives people a chance who are going just Sat or Sun or something like that. Though SUN folks seems to get a surprise.........

Hmm, I'm most excited about the Ghostland minis. Clear minis in various colors! The tin boxes are a nice touch, as well- classy.

Hope some are left after the feeding frenzy.

Any chase figures?

My list for the Chaos is already full. PM me on other stuff.

i almost screamed and cried and peed myself when i saw the damnedron, a direct quote to my friend in january when we bought our tickets were "if i only buy one thing at the con, its going to be a damnedron. even if i have to spend all of my money"

damnedrons were what got me into this, and smashed my hopes of ever finding one without chopping off my arm. and i hope i can just get the miniscule chance of owning my most favorite one to date. because seriously, this thing is the best.

Just so everyone knows, my list is totally full.

I'm sorry I can't help more people, but it's only 1 item per person so I'm doing the best I can. If any slots open up I'll be sure to let everyone know. Thanks!
