@ ultrakaiju : I think ebay lets sellers block certain buyers from bidding on their auctions , such as a seller that only ships items to USA & can block bids from buyers in other countries. You can still bid, but won't know you are on a "blocked" list until after you bid / item ends?? Hope you get another chance soon.

Damn, that is friggin pricey for a Slash reissue. Not saying it isn't worth it or anything, it is a fantastic figure, but keerap, a lot more than I would/could shell out. The clear arm one is stellar man, you will be very happy with it. I'd love a partner for him too, but if that is the given trend, I'd rather put the money on vintage.

Not to mention Mandarake is a buy and sell business, and as such monitors the going rates of figures on sites like YJA to gauge what it can sell figures for, and ups the prices accordingly the next time around. Buta figures are the classic example of this. With each successive listing, the price on a given figure tends to go higher. And then the snake eats its own tail and so on and so on.



I can't believe some of the prices that individual Butanohana figures are selling for. Such an FU to average collector. I love Ultraman, and I love Butanohana, but come on. I'd rather buy a full size Joe from Bullmark in good condition and would be much happier in the end.
