I don't know the particular details, but there are plenty of sculpts out there that don't stand very well in the first place or tend to sag under their own weight with time. Asking "for a $20 rebate to make you happy" seems just impudent, especially when it apparently was possible to correct this "defect" using a hairdryer and five minutes of your time (if I understand correctly).

No, I don't think you understand, this was not due to 'sagging under weight over time' and was not a sculpt that normally had this problem (I have a few). It was as I mentioned "beyond the hair dryer technique to get it to stand correctly" due to thickness of the area, besides, even if it could be corrected, the point is that a manufacturer defect should be disclosed to a buyer especially after it was taken out of the bag. Its not fair to sell a problematic item without disclosure. I would not sell a defective item to a board member without explaining the problem, if an oversight in communication occurred I would certainly want to make my buyer happy because that's more important to me than $20. Certainly board members should be cool enough to disclose any manufacturer defect to a potential buyer particularly AFTER its taken out of its original bag...
