Gumous is an awesome toy. I gushed over the original back on one of the first S7 boards.
Now this GID makes it even better. Take a look at the glow photo -- delicious!
I already snagged mine from MaxToy Co., which is operated by someone who should be really familiar to everyone 'round here -- Mark Nagata.
Should be shipping really soon... I can't wait!
There was a "naked" all-glow version, but those are long gone, I'm told.
I wonder what VGA has to say about this?
As for anyone wondering whether or not to buy, I highly recommend this toy. It is very nicely articulated, and just screamingly cool mantis kaiju design. The metallic green original was bad ass, but now this glowjob (hee hee... ^_- ) is even more chock full of bad assedness. A high quality sculpt and conveniently scaled to battle Godzilla and company, should that matter to any other kaiju fans out there.
I'm looking to put this next to my glow S7 Hedorah...

Got mine yesterday and yes -- oh so beautiful!
Very nice piece with cool paintjob and the best feature -- GID! ^_^
Another excellent Gumous fig. And next up from MaxToy Co. is a Kikaider!!
I got number 19 of 20, so I wonder if they're all gone? Congrats to everyone who snagged one!
Any one know of any other Gumous colourways besides the S7 metallic, the painted glow, and raw (naked?) glow?

Super limited version from Patchwork Monster Summit almost a year ago.
I believe...you are exceedingly unlikely to find one.
Nonetheless, it's some nice eye candy.
Besides the S7 version, there was also a Japanese release from the same time period that had the same basic scheme, but with different colored eyes and spray accents...

At least I have the pic. ^_^
