However, he had previously (~6 months ago) been asked by the admins to no longer post on the SB board. He created a new account "Taro" and started posting again more recently, and once he was found out, his name was adjusted to "Geotaro".
Geo HAS been banned from posting on the KR message board though.

guess even admins of this board have been banned on kr, seeing this more of a compliment.

I think geotaro really is banned again. Check out his Omni-Monster blog.

Geo's account was put on hold for a moment while we sorted through the positives and negatives of several recent exchanges by him as well as board admins. In the end, a few things were incorrectly placed, but not worth banning. He will be up an running later today.
To that point, Geo has been playing by the skullbrain rules for the most part since his last reinstatement. I would ask that as long as he is playing fairly, those of you with grudges towards him do the same. If he gets out of line, let us know, and we will deal with it.

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary anyway, while the single "f" spelling "aficionado" is more common and consistent with the original Spanish spelling (where two "fs" are spelled as one) "afficionado" is an accepted variant.
In any event, I am definitely a toy collector and aficionado.

Thanks, Brian, for getting things sorted out.

so, just curious - are you still selling all of your stuff for maximum profit or are you back in the game?

let's all try not to bait him, and see how his actions shake out. Everyone will know where he stands one way or another in due time. Until then, let's try and play nice.

Seriously, it wasn't meant as a bait - been watching certain sites for possible action and was wondering if I was just wasting time. I was after a few things he had but there were no responses to my PMs...

Same here, if Geo's really selling off the majority of his collection, u can't deny that he's got some good shit to offer, RFSO prices or not.

There is no denying Geo has a great collection. However, at this point, how, when, what and if he decides to sell anything is up to him to let anyone know. I really don't think it's constructive to dwell on it here anymore so let's just let things chill. There is plenty more vinyl goodness out there to discuss and hunt for.
