I'm sure this was answered already but I can't find the thread. What are the best glow in the dark bb's out there? I want to put some in my clear figs. Any help is appreciated!!

Here's the thread I posted:

I don't know about "best" glow BBs, the brand I got was the only one I could find but it works very well. The glow is as good as my M-1 Go vinyls.

This is funny... I just picked up the same set of glow BBs the other day. I have not put them into any of my clear figs yet but will probably fill some this week!
Check SportsMart, Big 5, or Sport Chalet... where I got mine from!

I got mine from Dicks sporting goods store!!!!!! they are the same ones!!!! I noticed that the BBs in the RxH figures are a little smaller than the ones I got.

I just filled up my clear figures with the glow BBS and it was a PAIN in the ass! I will post pics and a funny little story in a while!
Although 2000 BBs was enough to completely fill in my Innocent Blobpus, Rainy Day Ghost Fighter, and Coomic Con black/clear ghost fighter....
I may become addicted to this and get more clear figures soon!
How cool would glow pink or blue BBS be???

looks hot man!
I only have my crappy camera phone to take photos with but I will try to post them... it was a pain in the ass at first but then I figured out a technique... All I got to say is those bbs are hard as hell to pick up!
Funny story coming up to!

I just had this experiment work rather well.
I found the exact brand of glow BBs mentioned on this board (I took the pic along for reference, even!) at, of all places, Wal-Mart. Price I believe was $3.86 for 2000 in a sealed plastic container with applicator spout.
I examined my Innocent Blobpus, and found he was soft enough to remove his head without heating, just a little gentle encouragement. I then used the spout to shake some BBs in a few at a time until his body and tentacles were filled.
Then I filled the head, and, with a little gentle effort and some spilled BBs, I got the filled head back on.
Now he glows!!
It is a very cool effect... anyone have comments on how the Rainy Day SBs would look with this "filled glow" customizing?
In the end, it took about roughly half a bottle to fill Blobpus.
I wonder if I should look at my clear Obake next... hmmm...

Okay... may take just a bit... need to borrow a friend's blacklight and then go read that post on how to do pictures properly...
but yes, I plan to share...
You know, the Innocent Blobpus kind of looks like it is stuffed with glowing eggs or something, since each BB glows and shadows individually...
...or like he lurks in the golf course water hazard near my house and eats lost golf balls all day. ^_^
Pics to come when I get things all nicely fixed, promise!

not to hijack, but on a very related note,
anyone know where to get multi-colored pellets?
i suppose they would be with the GID if they are commonly available, but just wanted to ask

I saw some in the sporting goods section at our local Kmart.
They were behind the counter in a glass case with all the guns.

The thing to do is to try and find a place that sells "airsoft" supplies. They'll usually have a variety of colors and gauges.
