M-1 Go's Hipporito-seijin. He has a magnet in his hand that lets him hold a little Ultraman Ace (included).
Check out the eyes. Painstakingly hand-painted.

I agree the Halloween set has to be on the top of my list as well! The whole concept from the figures to the artwork to the Frenzy.

Yo Missy & Blash,
I think it is called Suiso-Jyu "H" and it is made by company in Japan named EMPIRE.
So far I know of 4 color versions; Red with blue spray on legs, GID with light green spray on legs, Orange with flesh spray on face, and Orange with purple lips.
They are most funky!

Best paint job of 2005 is easily the original "rust" colored Kaws/Pushead (which I know you're holding - you dog!), or the hand painted flocked Skullwings, but I guess those don't count....
