Good ole bio-electricity. :-) I've you've ever been to a fish shop or market where they slaughter the fish on site, you've probably seen that the fillets keep wiggling and flopping around for some time, even after the head and guts are removed.

I wonder what it was like in the days of the guillotine? Actually, strike that. I don't need to know all things.
