 SLAYER
still awesome
don't know why they are co-headlining, and basically opening up for, Marilyn Manson of all people, but still awesome nonetheless

these two crowds should kill each other...
I might have to get the deluxe version of Christ Illusion, "Final 6" is a good song...
Anyone have this CD? thoughts?

I have it. it's better than their last few, still not as great as their older records. they only played fast songs from it, and played them well. seeing them live actually made me appreciate some of these new songs more.

Huge Slayer fan here. Reign in Blood one of my favorite metal albums of all time. Christ Illusion was pretty good considering these guys have been doing it for a long time now. When I heard they were touring with Manson I was pretty dissapointed.

Its kinda like Ghostface rhyming over a Britney Spears song

One of the best shows ever: On assignment for a magazine, seeing Slayer with 80 people in Bam Margera's back yard. Only played three or four songs, but crap, was it crazy.
Then the local cops swarmed in to shut it all down after -- according to the cop I spoke to -- about 200 people called and complained about the noise.
Nice.

I think he would actually probably make that really awesome
as far as me going to see Slayer on this tour, I wouldn't have if I wasn't able to get tickets for $9.41 a piece, $13 after fees. thanks local rock radio station doing a promotion to combat poor ticket sales!

Hell for 13 bucks I'd probably go and see Slayer and then leave.

pretty much what I did. my friends and I went late enough to miss Bleeding Through, saw Slayer, waited for MM to come on so I could tell people that I saw Marilyn Manson once, and then left after 2 songs.
totally reminded me why I don't listen to Marilyn Manson
