If you dig this sort of stuff, this little book is a blast. It covers all sorts of "futuristic" inventions and their histories.
This flying saucer looks like the latest in a long line of such things. Seriously cool on one level, but impractical, prohibitively expensive, questionably engineered, and possibly unsafe. Not that these things will stop two or three people with money to burn from buying one and then abandoning it after crashing into the doghouse.

Looks liek a good read. But cmon man, baby steps. Crappy flying saucers 1st, than hover boards, than Death Stars and Lightsabers
