Awesome vintage selection you got there. Love the couple barom-1 guys you had in there. I'd kill for that Udegeruge and those blue anraku pieces you got.

Thanks so much everyone - it represents about 16-17 years of collecting (just the japanese vinyl, that is) - and I've traded/sold off so much stuff over the years (only to buy more stuff - i used to be heavy into the godzilla vinyl but got sick of it after awhile and decided to sell it all to concentrate soley on the weird kaiju).
I love the Barom 1 stuff but sure wish I bought the "lips" guy when he first came out - and Anraku is my favorite maker right now - i sure wish i had better appreciated that stuff when it first came out (I guess at the time i was reluctant to start collecting a new line - now I'm paying for it - literally!)
Again, thanks for all the nice words.

Seriously sweet. So this is what a near-20 year old collection looks like. I hope mine is as wonderful in so many years.

Wow - Excellent collection!
I gotta ask, is your name inspired by the Gun Club? The song goes through my head everytime I see it.

So many great toys - Awesome selection of M1 Hedorahs both large and mini, loving the Garg stuff, crazy Anraku selection and last but not least the Bear Model mini Gezora kicks ass.
Thanks for sharing.

Yup! My favorite band of all time - changed my life musically speaking.
Fortunately I was lucky enough to see them several times back in the day and then last March got to spend some time talking to Kid Congo at a tribute gig for him in NYC.

GREAT COLLECTION---my gf, just went to TerreHaute last weekend. That Kaws set up is killer with the anatomical people below the dissecteds.
your screenname made me think of this:
elvis is everywhere
who built the pyramids? elvis!
who built stonehenge? elvis!
you know what's going on in that bermuda triangle?
Elvis needs boats, elvis needs boats, elvis elvis elvis elvis needs boats

Very cool (and diverse) collection.
We were lucky enough to play with the Gun Club in Milwaukee right around the time Miami came out - very nice people; Ward Dotson actually ended up staying at our house and we stayed up all night drinking and talking.
Can I ask where the Warhol-esque soup cans are from? Those are especially sweet.

Wow - great story (I think that was the last tour with the Ward since there was a lot of tension in the band at that time).
And thanks so much for the nice compliments. The Warhol cans are cool - my sister gave them to me for xmas about 2 years ago. My understanding is that these were released by Campbell's in a very small area in Ohio & Penn (I guess it must have been the area Warhol grew up in) - they disappeared pretty quick. then, out of the blue like a year later, Barney's in NYC was doing some kind of Warhol promo and they sold whatever remaining cans they could get their hands on.
My sister told me the story afterwards that when they first came in to Barney's, they sold out immediately. She wanted to get some for me so she kept going back (they wouldn't take any pre-orders or holds). She happened to be there on the right day when the second and last batch came in and she scored some for me. thing is - these sold for only a few dollars a piece - but then they started fetching crazy money on ebay (last i checked about a year ago - they migth be cheap again now).
But thanks - yeah, i really like and want to get a plexi case made to cover them on that shelf.
