thanks for the kind words guys!

it's the anraku cambodia vader version. 5 of them made it to the US. the other 5 were gifts to anraku's friends in Japan.

It's part 1 of the vader invasion...stay tuned...:D

technically I didn't have the dough to pony up either and had to get rid of a few things. it was expensive..but i figured it was one of those "now or never" situations.

That's what I would've done, Vader x Kaiju = AWESOME! I'm even jealous of ElvisFromHell for even having a CHANCE at this. Thanks for the pic atease, new desktop for my work comp.

GRAIL has just been defined for me. ANY of the Anraku Vaders would be fitting of GRAIL to me, just 1.

It is my understanding that only 3 of 5 the black Cambodias that made it to the US were the Vader versions. The other two were "kaiju black" versions with metallic blue and magenta paint, like this:

Both are cool; but I opted for the non-Vader version.

Both look great. I like the non vader one slightly better. The texture on that things amazing and layered. How are people finding his stuff? Congrats to both.

well i didn't ask them specifically, but from the information I received I assumed it was 5 of each.
upon checking again, 6 were made for Japan.

thanks for correcting me...like it matters a whole lot.

i'm assuming you didn't get the vader dako because you already have one right?

It doesn't matter at all. Just giving the information as I know it. I am fortunate to have the Vader versions of all other Anraku figures..

the clear blue is pretty cool too! I freaked out a bit because the box they arrived in was a bit small. :)

Ugh, I hate and love this thread! Next time any of you lucky bastards get contacted for this sweetness and think you might decline, remember ol' BD6969, and lend a helping hand.

How anyone could pass on these Vader versions is beyond me.
