I saw a Shakeys Pizza in Tokyo. Didn't go in - is that teh same as here, only worse?

Denny's is a COMPLETE trip over there!

Ate at one in Shinjuku and it was awful. We were drawn in by a picture of the big bread with the fruit on top. Blech. If they can't pull off a simple dessert I shudder to think what an entree would taste like.
