Yeah I saw it...It's a really cool colorway IMO. Don't collect the blobs though so don't know anything about it. Must be somewhat special if it comes in that box and what-not!

It's nice looking, but I think there are other cooler colorways... the box is really nice though. I woulnd't mind owning the box.

I don't think so... it's listed in the lastest issue of S7... I don't know how large Blobpus runs are, but would they list a one-off custom?

I wonder why the want so much for it? That is the new Aurora version featured recently on the BLObPUS website. "Pachimon 3" indicates that it is the exclusive version for Patchworked Monster Summit 3 (which is Spring 2006---the one occurring in a couple of weeks, if I am not mistaken).
I thought that it would not be available until the event, so I don't know what the story is with this variant. I wonder if S7 will be getting some in...
On the site they are discussing all of the detailed labor that went into crafting the packaging for these, so that might explain the asking price to a degree. I am curious to know what the retail was on this edition.

2. custom sticker for lid of wooden box
3. inserts for wooden box
4. special vinyl color/spray color for toy
Look at all the work that went into making this toy...

I just got confirmation from my hookup that he got me one of them!!!!!! I can't wait to see what it looks like in person!!!!! HyperP I think retail was 5250yen!!!!!!! the right side of this picture says what the price is!!!!!!

Great presentation and I really like the red versus the some of the other colorways I've seen. And then the red echos the red of the rising sun flag.
I would just keep him in the box, waiting for someone to open it.
