I am pretty stoked that their is a GID one coming out this month at Hobby Complex. Someone want to scan the pic from Hyper Hobby and stick it in this thread?

I think if it had a doll eye like the normal Chaos I'd totally dig it, but I'm so so other wise.

They look great in a cluster and this latest release is nice. Although I'd prefer to see a Head, Evil or Chaos with that sweet green blend.
I was really surprised at their size when I first got one too. I always thought they were a lot smaller.

i thought it was a lot cooler when I was under the impression it was meant to be an optional head for Chaos...

I do think this sculpt may have suffered a guilt by association with all the other fecal items that came out about the same time.
I like 'em OK, mainly the abstract aspects reflecting the Chaos, and I have a couple of them, but I've more often decided there are other places I'd rather spend the dough.

To be fair gargamel just copied an old school baikin (germ) eraser. Lots of OB's probably know this but some of the newer fans might not know that Mori's is an homage to the similarly shaped character from the game Dragon quest.
I met these young designers at a Contents show the other week - who had a skull poo character.. I was trying to tell them that the japanese poo was already in the global vernacular and that many western artists such as Kozik and nanospore had already done poo toys but I wasn't sure they believed me.
here's a pic of their toy (bit designer-y vinyl)

Unko is japanese for poo (Un is pronounced like the 'oon' in Goon)
Last year we were driving through the Japanese countryside and like everywhere else in the world there are roadside tourist stops. A lot of these have soft serve ice cream. One place had a sign that was unmistakingly the poo shape on a Cone and the sign said UN-Cone.... it was very funny but we didn't stop.
maybe you hade to be there...

I had to go with "hate it". I dig the Dragon Quest reference, but that's about it. The sculpt is a little too "rough" for me; I agree a doll's eye would have been a lot better than the rather sloppy and too big painted eye. And worse of all, it's just too big. You can't really place it with the other RxH figures because of its size.

Neck and neck for 'hate' and 'meh' -- Interesting.

I lilked the turquoise blue one that came out - but am always disappointed when a "secret" release turns out to be one of these ...
