Sorry for the unprofessional photography!
Big thanks to m3kcomp for helping me grab this early (& probably only) b-day present to myself:
Don't hate on the Buff!
Boy, I loves me some Phil Noto:
And terriblyodd:
Anybody remember these guys?

yes, my buddy jmf337 over on that other board likes to get crazy w/ the RIT dye. It turned out nice & even. You can't tell from my krap photos, but it's a very "factory" shade of purple.

Re: Humble beginnings, or "How to Spend Money You Don't
i've noticed these toys are sort of the gateway for people between western and eastern collections
before long you will sell all your western stuff
then sell these
then be getting PK to custom paint a bemon!

 show your collection
In some cases, gateway to eastern is getting into or having been collecting western bignames such as Biskup or Kozik for example--artists who have projects/collab with an eastern toy maker. Some cross over, those who are not ready will continue to collect western.

If I could, I'd find the guy who bought the original of my print, & pay him 3x what he paid for it! The print is a mere tease of the Phil-awesomeness!

no, that one escaped my grasp...
I bought up the ones I had as a kid...I think if I had had that one as a child my sister would not have been as much of a problem.
