 Simple questions from the uneducated. Whats the story behind Zagoran and Smogun? I was reading one of the polls, and the posts make it out that he's public domain? Does he has a back story of anysort, or is it just a matter of "he's cool"? Is it the same for Smogun? Just an old toy that reached the public domain?
