Any ideas on a way to fix this massive split? The head is very thin and semi-soft vinyl. The only good thing is it fits together nicely, no pieces missing. The split goes all the way around to the back of the neck.Image

1) Accept that it will never look as good as new.

2) I've found that Zap-a-Gap is one of the best glues for vinyls.

3) Be patient and be prepared to hold that split together for a long time. Get another set of hands to help if you can.

Good luck!

rubber bands might come in handy as well. i'd match the crack first then apply the glue. osmosis gluing ;). you could also tape it from the inside and apply the glue. since the tape is on the inside, it won't matter if the glue seeps through the cracks...but you want that anyway cause Zap-a-Gap is also a gap filler.
