I once met a girl who said she was Rachel Ray's assistant. Said Rachel demanded the assistant take her dog to the vet with her car, which was a manual. The girl didn't drive manual, so Rachel said learn now or you're fired. She managed to drive it like around the corner then parked it and took a cab, said she's a total I FART A LOT off air, I can see that.

There was an internet spoof I read of a Rachel Ray interview. During the interview she forced the writer guy to go with her to all these dive bars looking for heroin and turned into this coke binging drunken Anthony Bourdain like I FART A LOT.

I loved every minute of it because you know the perky little girl thing she does is all an act.

Strangely what struck me about the story wasn't the girl.

And I think it is perfectly valid to expect people to be able to drive manual.

Giving a shit about a crappy scarf cause it reminds you of something you once saw in some video somewhere and that reminds you of people who you hate because you think their religious beliefs suck, smacks of BIGOTRY! But that is just me. So fuck bigots, long live the donut.

That may just be my new credo.

I guess what gets me on this is the group of people offended or whatever are probably extremely small, just loud. They just bitched enough. I think the only way I could find Rachel Ray even remotely interesting is if she actually became a terrorist/terrorist sympathizer.

Just bizarre that, because they once saw someone with whom they disagreed wearing a khaffiyeh, the blame falls on the article of clothing.

I mean, I'm pretty sure I have seen Timothy McVie wearing a T-shirt, and didn't the Unabomber wear glasses? OMG, all those Abercrombie models must be anarchists!
