 Re: For Your Viewing Pleasure (RxH Mini Online Database) (IMHO) I think Mori should just do what he feels like and run his business how he sees fit . . . a few months back, the collectors (myself included) wanted more releases and bigger runs. It appears he did just that and now the interest is waning, collectors saying there are too many releases to keep up and stock hanging around on shelves (not that that's a bad thing . . . the chance to debate a purchase makes a nice change!)!
For a one man operation incentives, promotions and gimmicks may be more hassle than they are worth, particularly if the local market is going well and there's little need.
I kinda like the fact that completism is pretty much outta the window . . . it just means you can pick and choose the pieces that appeal on a personal level.

But if Mori could swing it without too much trouble, I think a points or rewards system would be cool. Maybe "proof of purchase points" kinda like GI Joe had back in the day.
