My Christmas dinner was a box of 'Annie's Shells and Cheese' out of a box. Christmas Eve was the big family dinner which was a repeat of Thanksgiving dinner.

Turkey
Ham
Cornbread stuffing
Whipped potatoes
Cranberry Conserve (I make this myself - has Cranberries, Pineapple, and orange/peel. it's the bomb)
the ubiquitous 'Green Bean Casserole'
Brown n Serve Rolls
Pumpkin Pie (also my contribution. I'm a connoisseur of pumpkin pie and insist on making them myself after having several years of fat-free/low fat/sugar-free substitutions by well meaning sisters/aunts. Don't f*** with the classic pumpkin pie recipe, ok?)

My family has always had our gathering on Christmas Eve and it's been the same tradition all of my life and probably before I was even born. We spend the afternoon/early evening making tamales and then feast on said tamales along with Spanish rice, salad and various other side dishes that vary year to year. I filled up on tamales, rice and fruit salad and didn't even notice what else we had.

Christmas day, my girlfriend made sumac chicken with bread salad. Awesome!

Post Re: What did you have for Christmas Dinner?
my brother in law cooks the meats while my sister cooks everything else.
Christmas Eve:
3 kinds of ribs and 2 sauces (one bbq and one cranberry and horseradish...both homemade)
Lasagna (homemade)
string beans with pine nuts
turkey
stuffing (homemade)
popovers (homemade)
dinner rolls
gravy

Christmas:
roast beef
pulled pork
pasta in a cream sauce
spinach with raisins
pancit (something filipino always creeps in somehow)
gravy

somewhere in there we also had chicken tikka masala which my sister cooked up. I'm sure there are other foods I am forgetting to mention...

Is Turduckin any good? I've never had it and yet it intrigues me in a strange way...

What a cool thread!

I had a pretty standard american meal with turkey/ham and all the fixens. Too much food and way too much wine. :D

Good times!
