Re: nature has crazy monsters I used to have axolotls. Love them. Those mantis shrimp can kill fish tanks when they get big enough. They have this super-strong rapid-fire snapping action with the front claws that can crack aquarium glass. One of my favorite creatures:  (I think it's a small garbage can, but they do tend to be big crabs.)
