Bale is an excellent actor.

Everyone flips out in different ways from time to time. The only difference is celebrities are constantly under the microscope, so their dirty laundry becomes public knowledge. Considering the amount of substance abuse and psychological problems these guys go through, I've got to think being a superstar is much touger than it looks.

who hasn't gone apeshit over something at some point in their life? And I bet it wasn't at some dippy crew person on the set of a potential blockbuster movie that would later be viewed by millions of people--it was probably their wife, husband, friend, or kids who felt the wrath. It's like if you're getting paid millions of dollars to be a famous actor, you have to be deservingof it--outside of just being really good at what you're actually being paid to do. I could give a fuck about what Christian Bale does on a movie set so long as he doesn't kill anybody, and the movie is good.

I think it boils down to hate. Bale is a famous actor who gets paid millions of dollars to do what he does, and sometimes he can be a complete jerk-off if he wants to be--at his fucking job! and we all get to sit at our cubicles/offices/desk, and read about it while looking over our shoulders for our supervisor. life sucks.
