The Milk Ice (blue) one has totally GID guts and the Strawberry Ice one has marbled pink and GID guts... both glow well and the paint jobs are amazing. I already busted out the hair dryer and put mine together and they're looking very, very sharp. Definitely reminds me why the Blobpus DX family is my favorite vinyl series running. The one that TOTALLY stole the show was the Poisonous Candy Cyclopus. I wasn't planning on picking that up, just because the two DXes alone aren't cheap, but my wife went to the store for me today and got it for me as an early birthday present. Pink clear/GID marble vinyl with candy-metallic spray... words cannot articulate. Seriously, this guy even tops the 777 Dokugan. Absolutely amazing figure (and an even more amazing wife  ).

Re: Blobpus x Mandarake Mandarake is usually OK with overseas orders. I know they even have one or two foreigners working in their Nakano store who do nothing but respond to and fill overseas orders, so I can't see why they wouldn't be OK with foreign orders on these guys, as well... Good luck!
