Or question the veracity of information given by, essentially, a stranger? Heaven forbid THAT ever happen on an internet message board. I don't understand how my questioning of, or opinion on, what you said was taken to be a personal attack. If it's because of the "If it's true" statement, I have no reason to think you a liar. But nor do I have any reason to take what you said as the gospel truth - I don't know you. All I know is what you stated regarding your conversation with Mori. I know Mori doesn't speak English but that American skullbrainers have gone over and had conversations with him using "pidgin" and gestures. That sort of conversation could lend to misunderstandings. But maybe you speak Japanese (maybe you ARE Japanese?) and the conversation was detailed and precise. I don't know. So again, I was skeptical of the info but I don't feel I was in any way derogatory towards you. On the other hand, if you're taking this personal because I think it's stupid to own a vinyl color - what can I say? We have different opinions. I don't think you're stupid for your opinion. In fact, owning a vinyl mix IS kinda cool. But I still think it's kinda stupid as previously stated. However, it's interesting info - thank you for it - and that's all that really matters. Sorry for questioning it or having a discussion about it.

Nothing personal on my end dude. I wouldn't post unless info was legit. Just trying to share info on some stuff we all like. You want to question its "veracity", go nuts.
BTW, Mori's engrish is quite good.

 Re: $572.40 shipped...
I'm actually really interested in learning more about this and opening a dialogue about it. I'm not sure why anyone would get defensive.
Maybe it's the terminology but whenever anyone says they own the "rights" to a "color"..it's bound to make people question what that means. I don't think it means people think anyone is a liar or question the validity of what people heard..but owning a 'color' sounds odd.
I'd be curious to see if it was a respect/cultural issue because in the US it's a foreign idea. Crayola might pump out several colors but it doesn't mean that they own the right. Maybe they might trademark the terminology..i.e. for example "burnt orange" and no one is allowed to call a color "burnt orange" without permission but it doesn't seem like it would stop rival compaines making that mix under a different name.
Anyway it'd be interesting to find out who originated "glitter" in clear vinyl because I know BEMON has used it as well as the rxh machine sider toy. Did they agree on splitting the idea or what?

 Re: $572.40 shipped...
This is really cool info. Maybe we could make a thread for this in the Japan Toys section? Or move this part of this thread to begin a new thread with appropriate title?
I too am curious how specific they are with the mixtures? How different does a color have to be to be- well, different?

 Re: $572.40 shipped...
this question arrises an old art school rule.. an "imitation" must be 75% different to control indivduial rights and avoid any problems. 75% of the original image... well that is subjective.
dj's constantly keep their underground production sources secretive because of "biters" , if you will. lol. so do all different types of artists. the slime color is a perfect example. if you see somehow saw another brand's product in the same slime color as rxh you would recognise and mentally relate that color, possibly subconciously to rxh. obitsu has heart and does not want to let one of its clients basically steal creative property from another one of its clients.
it late, its st. patrick's day - we are all here for fun.. lets keep it that way. tevo out.

Alright, alright - we'll just chalk it up to miscommunication due to the limits of the internet. Again, I really didn't mean to imply that you were lying - the concept seemed strange, etc, etc. It's definitely an interesting topic!
