It's extremely messy right now with empty bottles everywhere and webs but when it's cleaned it usually looks like this.

Wow, Paul. For the amount of work you do, that is ONE clean pad! LOL! Even with some webs and bottles, it is surer clean!

I "accidentaly" paint the tops of some of my bottles too.
Clean bottle tops are an excellent "staging and touch-up" area for small parts.

Great way to hide it for later too.

You know..it doesn't matter how much space you have as the mess spreads anyway.

I know the feeling...your's is not the smallest. I have to move my keyboard if I want to paint. I sit on my bed when I draw cause my table doesn't have the space for anything larger than the size of a keyboard.
I haven't searched the boards but I know there's an old thread of the say topic.

I think it's interesting to see the birthplace of so many of these amazing customs! I'll take a shot of my minimalist setup tomorrow... having to be able to pack up everything and move to and from college really makes you cut back on stuff

Haha, sometimes I think if I could take the toilet out and use it as a painting booth I'd be tempted. But I'd definitely have a tough situation on my hands the next time I hit up all-you-can-eat curry I've actually co-opted our kitchen as a toy factory, and that's our (small) kitchen table.

And there are benefits to being able to run down to the Irisawa warehouse when you start running low on paint, too
