what/who is that dude? Guiro Seijin from Ultraman Leo. To drop in a very nerdy note, it is actually Guiro Seijuu. Seijin is usually translated as "alien." Seijuu is kind of an uncommon designation, combining the characters for 'star' and 'beast'- I guess a good translation might be "invader." Invader Tokoichi. Sounds kind of cool. Re: TO 5th Annivesary Guiro Seijin was made by Bullmark and one of the toys only made with flesh vinyl, so you wont find it cheap. These used to be $1000 or more but I havent seen one recently.

Re: TO 5th Annivesary Future_Man, the book in question, is by Yuji Nishimura. It's a soft-cover, 82-page book, size is 11.75x8.25, published in Japan in 1996. The book contains great pictures of many Bullmark vintage toys, often including shots of figures that comprise a series. There are a few pages of toy history as well. Unfortunately (for me ), the entire text is in Japanese, but it's still a great photo reference. Mark K sent me a link to the book on YJA, in hopes of continuing my education in vintage toys

He isn't in any of the cases, but just ask the clerk, he is a great guy....some japengrish spoken.
