ID help!

Wed Dec 30, 2009 6:49 pm

I have no idea, except that it's pretty cool. It has four small axes and one large axe, and two sets of exchangeable fits, each with a launching mechanism. It is articulated at the knee, hip, shoulders, and neck, and also has a blue vinyl cape. The three photos are cardboard targets.

Thanks for looking and Happy New Year!

Go Nagai may have written the story and characters for BATTLE HAWK, but it was his co-author, the late Ken Ishikawa who designed them. This live action series was almost purchased by a local San Francisco television producer/host in the late 1970s, but his business partners couldn't reconcile with the copious violence of the show (innocents being machinegunned into mass graves, etc.).

Oh well... almost.
