Obviously Vader and Fett have been suggested and are obvious choices, but I never though of C3P0 - that would be excellent! Especially with a nice gold-mirror finish! A Tuskan Raider could be pretty cool too! Though perhaps a bit more tricky to work into the Jumbo format (what with robes rather than a well defined torso/lower-body).
