Look at the eyes. I say that is the black vinyl painted up all perrtty like. Hope this to be my first.

I was thinking that too, but it could always be painted black. On another note, it could be black because if you look at the lips, you could sort of see some black here and there.

Yeah, me thinks this is the black painted. I agree with the comments about the eyes and lips. I dig the blue metallic sheen on the body but the bleached blonde hair and those big pink lips is making it look like a cracked out Courtney Love.

I don't think thats black. Just shadow. It doesn't make sense to paint the whole figure and not leave a trace of black. I'm thinking the black sold. He probably just got a dozen offers to sell the unpainted black for a grand and said fuck it.

There is no sense, you're talking about NAGNAGNAG! The Frankenruge was on white vinyl I think and TOTALLY painted over. Pop Soda RxH figures are usually based on a different vinyl like black then totally painted over with metallic purple.

Or black sold to a secret underground club of elite toy smugglers who have run the world for ages.

I would expect that many of the releases have been painted over fully, so the color of the vinyl may not even matter.
