OMGZ GRAIL

These were pretty intensive to paint. I used a custom color formulation by Monster Kolor.
I am planning a web release Mid October! So no sweats.

im quite surprised this is Monster Kolor, everything ive seen done in Monster Kolor has been far too glossy for my taste.
This paint looks perfect! you outdo yourself yet again PK!

MK is pretty versatile stuff... you can achieve anything from matte to super-gloss, depending on the coating.
I know I'm often tempted to go overboard on the Monster clearcoat, because it is some insane shiny shit!

and Paul, I'm really digging the classic paint apps on these, fits very well with the sculpt (though I wouldn't turn down an unpainted).

and, uh... I'm gonna need to take a look at that suitcase

I'm actually really curious to see these in person now. I know DP was working on other clear-coat finishes, but I haven't seen anything yet. I have had fun trying out the super-gloss DP style, but I would love to get back to more matte finishes like I'm used to.

it was awesome meeting and talking to you those 6 or so times i kept going back to your table on friday. I was happy being able to help some people get some bosses, but now i regret not getting my own! It's rough boxing up these beauties! but a deal is a deal and I know I'll get my own one day and my resin guy will do for now..

awesome clear, cant wait to see it! but personally i want more of the flesh and aqua colored vinyls, soft pastel colors really work on this guy.... and more releases with the girl topper, she is awesome!

I think it pastels work awesome too, I'm hoping for a GID pink for that reason. That said, I don't think there is a bad colorway for this sculpt.

Posting JUST for a chance to re-post this pic. Clear is what Jp vinyl was made for - clear WITH GUTS is even MORE awesome. Hoping against hope that an upaint is available also!
