Mistakes happen and the guys at Secret Base will sort it.

The UK postal service has screwed mine up and it's currently sat in the arse end of the UK awaiting redirection.

thanks Andy. I hope they can sort it out. from what USPS says, they cant tell if there was a wrong address, or if the package was compromised.

i guess we'll see what happens..its going to be a greuling 24 hours until i hear back from SB.

I just replied to you Tony, but Andy is right. It was probably just a mixup.

The box was sent EMS, it will go back to SB, they'll resend it and sort it out!

It could be worse,...you could have no tracking number at all...and then it would be really bad!

Turn that frown upside down buddy, you'll make it through alive I promise . It sucks that your package got screwed up but SB will make good.

It is indeed a bummer, I know that feinding for EMS feeling very well. I have 2 things over there now that Im waiting on.

Brits must have more patience than our American cousins. A quick tally and I have between 20-30 pieces sat in various 'hold' boxes throughout the US and Japan!

Yep - i'm currently waiting on a Yamomark Mushroom Soup Man . . . . its about a week late. The tracking number is useless (as per usual) and i have no other means of finding out where my package is. I'm hoping its just stuck in customs and not lost

maybe i should show this to hiddy and just stop selling stuff via email to save all the hassle with shipping & potential bad reputation.
i am sure he has no problem selling out this kind of stuff at the physical shop.
please think about how lucky one is to be able to sit comfortably infront of the internet to order something like this.

I have never had a problem with ordering shipping from SB. My experience has always been top notch. I'm sure that Hiddy will take care of this for you.

seems like it was an honest mistake with my address. this is my first time ordering from SB. im not cursing their name or hating on them, in my original post.

im just upset that now ill be waiting 2 weeks before i see my pirate.

so far, im the only order (that i know of) that's wrong.

another SB member told me his is on track, so, human error. i get that.

I dont think any alarms need to be raised to Hiddy except for my email to them. (which has already been sent)

i would LOVE to continue ordering form his site in the future.

It might be OK. sometimes they put in the info wrong and so it's hard to track down at first. one time I was waiting on a big item and the tracking said that it was delivered in Kansas or something. I went down to the P.O. with my tracking number and they had nothing--but they called the main office in my area and it actually just got there. typos, people hitting the wrong buttons. I've seen it happen. It might not even be something Hiddy and/or his crew did. give it a day or so. Also, I live in VA too and EMS stuff will hit NY before it goes here. could just be a simple thing. If your package made it this far, it will probably find you.

Me too, it's a lot cheaper that way. No problem with waiting a little bit, after all we've been hunting for quite some time for some of these things so waiting a little bit more doesn't harm.

owning a small business that ships out a lot of orders (with a small crew) mistakes do happen. I would say to remain patient for sure. I am sure they are not trying to screw you over.

I was amazed at how fast these shipped out. I'm sure your package will see it's way safely to you. Having package mix ups really is frustrating and we've all had it happen so we feel you on that. Knowing that your package is being returned and not lost is a big relief. You'll get your Captain in time.
