Re: SOTD
I've been really into early nu skool breaks lately, mainly anything on early Mechanoise Records (Sons of Mecha, R-Kidz, Digital Pimp, Uncouth Youth, Bionic). Just digitized this classic by Mindmuggaz with samples from the movie Deadzone (and name of track): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gXhoPxHhGNYIf you want a great soundtrack for a train ride/bike ride listen to Yoof's mix of Mechanoise tracks called "Way Of The Robot". Very dark, very good!

I don't give a fuck if it's bad quality: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cqr79hb4x_gWalking down the Kings Road, I see so many faces They come from silly places They come down for the day They walk around together And try and look trendy I think it's a shame That they all look the same Here they come la la la la la la la la la la la la The part time punks Then they go to Rough Trade To buy Siouxsie and the Banshees They heard John Peel play it Just the other night They'd like to buy the O Level single or Read about Seymour But they're not pressed in red So they buy The Lurkers instead Here they come la la la la la la la la la la la la The part time punks They play their records very loud And pogo in the bedroom In front of the mirror But only when their mums gone out They pay half-fare on the buses And they never use toothpaste But they got three-fifty to go and see The Clash. Tonight Here they come la la la la la la la la la la la la The part time punks

Blödes Orchester - http://vimeo.com/19902008edited to add: Arranged like a symphony orchestra, approximately 200 antique vacuums, mixers and washers are transformed into musical instruments.... in case you're not into that sort of thing
