It's just too big for me I think, No real room for it. I am impressed by the size, and glad he made it that big, but it's just not for me.

Meant to add, for the price it is a great value too. I expected 12000 yen or so.

It might just be the view point as I don't think it's much bigger than the rest of his toys.

I haven't been this excited about an Elegab toy since my first Shuttlegon.
Personally I'm crazy about the size. I would make room for Mr. X even if he has to end up sleeping in the same bed with me. :D

This is exactly what I was thinking. I mean it's on a pretty big riser and the angle is a bit misleading.

Maybe perspective is adding to it a bit, but still the horizontal dimension is larger than a smog

He should be standard size. Between Tonneran and Smog King.

This has got to be the best color scheme from Nari-san. The BEST!

That Kaiju Cyborg is a BEAST!
Seriously wonder how big it is compared to everything else.

And since it's finally confirmed, here's what I passed the last Hitogomira release for...

Woow, amazing score Joe! Sort of mocha vinyl base, am I right? Plus the colors are amazing. How and where did you find this one off??
Can't wait for the cyborg X lottery. I had to pass on the last few releases.

I talked to Naritada today at Design Festa, and he was showing off Cyborg Mr. X. When I interviewed him last year, I made a comment about despite loving his toys, the huge tails made it difficult to fit many on a shelf. He proudly showed that Cyborg Mr. X has a small tail, since he got the same comment from other people. It's an awesome beast.

I love that unpainted too, but I am really liking the half-spray of the Type C, almost a shadow effect like there is colour where the light is hitting it. I'll have to pass on this release unfortunately; I really want to hold one of these Mr. X's in my hand

Sadly, the only thing he had left on day 2 was his booklet. He said all his one offs sold pretty quickly on the first day. Since the Max Toy group had gotten all the booths for two days, he was just hanging out watching baseball on day 2.

Mr.x is just under 12" according to the site. That solves that mystery.

"Experimental" Type C is Furankeruge-ish.

Nice, but I still like Type-A better. The unpainted is really fun too.

He's been doing that red/blue split a lot lately. But I prefer Type A, too -- not a lot of black in his recent releases, so this is a cool change. The Type-A dino head looks a bit like my cat when he has an eye infection, but that's not necessarily a bad thing (for Mr. X, not my cat).

Went for the unpainted. I think an unpainted Elegab collection would be awesome.

Mr. X is great. If I had the cash to burn, I'd get the unpainted one, cut off his claw hand, stick his chest head on the end of the arm, and sculpt a smooth chest over the hole.
