When you're friends come here you take them to eat at Rutt's Hut, so I'd say it's even.

Have you guys ever had Dragon, Tiger, Phoenix soup in China?
Dragon is snake, Phoenix is chicken, and Tiger is.....well, let's just say it goes "meow".
I did a semester at Beijing University and saw lots of crazy shit. Amazing what they eat there.

I heard in not so reputable places they substitute the "tiger" with panda.

Lately, I've been having troubles sleeping, so when I'm up, my cat is up with me... (usually trying to get me to fill his food bowl). So this morning, I woke up at 3:00 am, and fell back asleep at 6 am. When I woke up to get up for work, Choco was dead to the world... I could pick up his paws which is usually impossible and they'd just flop down with him snoring away.
He would've been easy pickings for Tiger soup...

wierdest thing I've had is a small plate of fish sperm. And raw liver. and grilled pigs colon. When my wife went to China she got halfway through a bowl monkey brain before someone told her what she was eating. (same went for me and the fish spunk)

I like the chicken gristle but the octo balls are nasty..an eyeball in every bite. It is the only thing I haven't liked so far.
We have had a couple of great meals, Hiddy ordered us all kinds of crazy food the 1st night. Sadly we have also eaten at some amercan joints. Flyn is a veggie and almost everything has fish stock, I feel bad asking him to eat tempura more than once a day.
I would love to run into some horse or frog hearts but mostly noodles and katsu so far.

Go find a "First Kitchen". Gotta love a fried egg on your burger....
See if you can smuggle out a big plastic Colonel Sanders from a KFC. That'd make a good flip!
