By purchasing them. Not to be a dick or anything, but 1+1=2. I didn't buy them 40 years ago, because I wasn't alive, so now I'm going to "catch up" to all the people that did. I see the vintage all the time on YJA, I just need to save the money for them, and I'm not going to start buying the vintage until I've got their modern day counterparts (which are a lot easier and cheaper to score).
Edited to say, I'm really not trying to be a dick, I've spent more than a few nights appreciating your collection, but the stuff is out there, if you have the money to spend (and obviously you know that).
