I think the best would be to bring your stuff you want to trade with you into the Con and find a good place to meet everyday at the end of the day.

I don't think that most people would want to carry their stuff around with them all day.

The was a prodigious amount of trade age bought to the LASK tradefest, yet most folk just circled and literally 5 items were traded all day. Still fun tho.

I traded at least 5 things at the LASK trade fest. In fact I think I had the most trade action going on. Love the trade fest and looking forward to more.

This is a pretty good read for 1st timers that are interested in the whole sdcc experience rather than just buying toys.

I know it's too late, but I find that putting in a few extra workouts before SDCC helps with all that strenuous line standing and walking though the human herds.

This will go down in history as my girlfriend's favorite post on SB.
We also attend a week long film festival every year, Fantastic Fest, and she feels the same way about that... but more-so as we're stuck sitting by stinky film nerds for hours at a time, all day and all night. Blech.

Funny and true! Tell your GF I sympathaize with her. I put up with the SDCC sweat & stink every year, and I also go to Fantastic Fest. I don't know which one is worse...maybe FF since they serve bar food at your seat in the theater, which is basically just food to fuel the farty fire

Wha? I knew you were into FF, but didn't know you actually came. You need to get in touch on FB this year, we live minutes from Alamo and have a ton of friends in town for the fest each year. Time to meet & greet!
