Those medicom orders are weird, I think they expect you to pay without an invoice, and if you don't a week before payment deadline you'll get an email with something along the lines of, we have not yet received your payment.

I just calculated the full payment and paid it. Afterwards they confirmed the receipt and that the order was completed.

Yes, this is how it's been working for me. They made a mess with my order but I think they worked it out at last.

There was confusion with my order too!
I paid up, then received an email saying they had never received the original order from me.
After I forwarded a copy of their reply from back in June it's now all sorted.

Really looking forward to these new guys...

Mine was a bit worse. Sent order. Sent payment. Received email saying there was no order from me. Sent a new order. Received new email saying that I hadn't paid. Sent an email with all the info and apparently everything got sorted out.

Wow what's up with Medicom and their overseas ordering dept? Axolotl that's a horrible story. Maybe there is a language barrier? It seems pretty cut and dry to me. You order, confirmation of order and invoice sent (or if they can't be bothered to send that at least keep track of when someone pays), payment sent (it would be nice to get confirmation but you always have your paypal receipt), then toy shipped when ready (shipping notice sent).

Somewhere along the line after an order is placed, invoices are never sent, or if someone pays there seems to be no record of it.

Post Re: Zollmen Database- updated 6/3/12
The confirmation of my original order was from oversea@medicom...
I sent an email to this address to ask if I had to pay or wait for an invoice.
It bounced back saying this address didn't exist! They had missed the 's' off overseas.
I'd just paid by this point anyway - then had the email saying I'd not ordered!!

I hope we all get our stuff ok - seems more disorganised than previous medicom purchases...

This is the first time that this has happened to me.

@Lixx It doesn't seem to be a language problem, emails from them appear to be properly written every time. But they don't always respond even when emailing the correct address.

Like Ian said, let's all hope the orders are shipped correctly.

The overseas email address I've always gotten responses to my questions. That much I do know. I did not order these but will be ordering in the near future and hope it goes alright :?

Yes, the shipping cost info is in the following email they sent me. August 8th is the deadline for those that had ordered it. The first email they sent was to "Please wait a while until we get back to you after the order deadline." I waited, It seems that some people payed before getting the final notice. For clarity here is what they sent me after I waited....

Same here. Getting a little worried at this point as it's usually in my inbox about a week prior. Did we miss out? Is Medicom slacking? Should we just pay? Can I ask a fourth question?

I e-mailed them last night and woke up to this:
MEDICOM TOY (overseas) wrote:
Thank you for your inquiry
We will send you the payment information soon
Please stay tuned.

And then there was this a couple of hours later:
MEDICOM TOY (overseas) wrote:
PAYMENT REMIND <CoroCoro VS BonBon (2pcs set)

I was really confused by this release, it said "9-7 21:00" but I never saw anything go up. I wasn't going to buy them, but still I like to keep tabs on things. Did I miss something?
