No... the lungs are rubber, the ribs are plastic, the little guy is plastic, there is actual surgical tubing with clear red paint inside, and the intestines are plastic and polymer clay... with the guts out, i painted the entire inside in candy blood red

It was an unpainted dark green lotto. It was a long time ago in my customizing. And wish I never did it and kept it.
