Thanks for this, much obliged: for some reason I was convinced that the GID run was one of the first (if not THE first hp run). And I never realized that those HP runs last year were one offs (I thought they were limited edition hps, 10/10 et cetera).

So much that I will never own. More than 50% of those HPs is just to die for.

And weren't they all 8,000 yen each? It's amazing how much retail prices have jumped in the past 5+ years.

bryce_r wrote: ^^ They really do..And I often wonder where they ended up. Well, I know of at least three that are on the board. One was actually on sale or trade (not sure which of the two) not a long while ago. That blue / yellow / magenta one with black dots is simply stunning, looks great.

 Re: Bemons - Post Your Photos
Howdy Bemon lovers! I've still got this collection of images up. It's been a long time since it's been updated but might be of interest. Cheers! http://www.flickr.com/photos/studio391/ ... 043681189/RudeBeast wrote: BloodDrinker6969 wrote: Not trying to deviate the topic, but why don't we just have a regular Bemon thread going in Japanese Toys? Half of this thread is just that. A lot of these pics aren't anyone here's pics of their Bemons. Same with the Anraku thread, a whole chunk is just "look what popped up on YJA or Mandarake!" Anyway, that spotted Bemon, meh, not for me. But it's a cool idea. I agree and have often wondered why Bemon doesn't have a dedicated thread in the Japanese toys section. As soon as I get back home and can start accessing Skullbrain from a computer again I might as well just start one off (although gathering together pictures of all releases is a daunting task to say the least and I can't even think of starting). Does any OG member have a pic of the first kougai to hit CKA (or wherever Bemon was first launched)?

 Re: Bemons - Post Your Photos
Even though I don't, and might never, own one of these gems, I still get a huge thrill of looking at all the pics. Thanks for collecting all the images plover. If ever I was in CKA and had to look at that display in person, I think my brain would explode trying to pick one. Seriously, that is the kind of decision no toy nerd should ever have to make.

@Rudebeast, Thank you, sir!
Not only these are great, the paint apps themselves do wonders as wall flowers.
Again, thanks!
