These are minis, I don't have them in hand but they should be about 4 inch but it will vary because the horse head is tall where kumatank is squat. Also, the tank body is slightly shorter than the reg body (seismic ace/Centurion body)

I just got these today....I don't know why all my photobucket pics are so gigantic but they always are....and I used my Iphone because my awesome camera was having a hissy-fit.
These are from 2 grey figs and 18 parts. Ricky sent 2 pink figs as well but they were a total f**ker to photograph.
Obviously I could just keep combining parts all day to make new and different robots but I just wanted to get these out ASAP.
They turned out to be about 5" tall and I was super titty-chuffed to find the weapons just pull off and slide back on (when gently heated) so they're easy to swap around. The last pic is blurry as shit....sorry.

these are turning out so much better than i expected. are all the sockets the same? it looks like heads are interchangeable with arms/weapons! there's a lot of fun built in to this system.

The arms slide on and off and one of the arms is based off one of my old toys...it's to suggest his head was ripped off and they rebuilt him.
The new head has a mouth.
So far I've built 28 different types with just the two grey robots and their parts so I can't wait to see what I can do in the future if we do more weapon parts.

Wow - these are looking incredible. I love how many options the interchangeable parts allow for. I bet they are a ton of fun to play with!

Looks like they came out awesome Matt. And I of course welcome anything that comes with bonus vegemite. Are you planning on blind bagging these, selling them in sets, or just specific individual robots?

Probably blind bags for initial release because their will be factory sprayed figs thrown in that will be super limited but eventually just open it so people can choose from clear bags down the line.

I hope you do too...here's some more shots...not sure what happened, have a good camera, a light box and floods...56 shots all blurry as shit. So all shots have to be done with my freaking Iphone while i find out whats happening with the camera settings.
When I'm assembling the actual product and not just these two grey testers that are super thin vinyl I'll send some off to a photographer for some cream/quality shots (I tore the plug clear off one of the heads yesterday when I heated it just inserting it into the neck. F*CK!)


I've been taking shots of every variation of body with each head...that's why this exact pose, twin guns with the OG body turns up a lot. I doubt I'll release any with twin guns though at one time. Not sure if Bear/Kumatank works without his tank body and legs, may have to give him an actual tank lower-body in the future.


Whether you're a fan of spankystokes.com or not, this is one of the most detailed heads...The Stroll...it has a 1cm opening on the back with tubes and wires spilling out. Outstanding sculpting from Shikaruna.

(above and below) These two heads are my favourites since they started out as just "throw ins"...in the end a LOT of work went into that damn horse even though he looks so basic! Bloody robot horses, I tell you, don't even bother!

Love it all! So you think they will do a thicker coating of vinyl for the actual release? I've noticed the difference in wall thickness on the same scupt but different runs, and always wondered if that was just how things go sometimes, or if its intentional based on if the figures are opaque/ translucent ect.

I still think your original head is one of my favourites, but they are all great, and the variety is something I am really liking. I am guessing that weird discolouration is just the shitty iphone pics. Looking really nice Matt, you've got us excited.

Holy crap, I really like how these turned out! Is there a mailing list to keep up to date on news of these release? I'd love to get a handful and make some cool combos!

@AgentRavage - High quality vinyl for official release...that grey was just the first quick testers to come out of the mould and it's not noticeable, I wouldn't have noticed at all until I was told and then i forced a bit and tore it. There are pink ones that are thicker vinyl but I sent those off to the guy who helped put the line together. Test pulls are just that, testers, to see if there's any flaws in the mold. The final product is always of the highest quality vinyl and goes through quality control. Hopefully pics of the pink will flood the internet, better quality with more combos....I'd like to see if those tank shoulders fit on the OG body.
@Ultrakaiju - That weird shit in all the photos is actually natural light reflection. You should have seen what happened in a proper photocube/box with lighting on them, they were ultra-reflective because they are super smooth....it was like the second coming, my camera couldn't even focus on them...thus the shitty Iphone pics.
@Hellopike - At the moment I'd like to aim for SDCC but there's an incredible ammount of shit that needs to be done between now and then and I'm a one-man show!
I'll probably just keep this thread going as info becomes available then do a mailing list for interested parties. The problem is that I really don't want to sell them from here because postage is crazy.

You could always sell them from TAG.
