The middle finger is so contrived and unnecessary. It's really too bad because I've always thought of the c-kid as sort of a goofy happy go lucky sculpt...rather than a poser.
But then again maybe if I was like 18 I would think it was 'bad ass'.

Sculpting wise it's really good.

Damn , thanks for all the comments . I thought I could have taken a bullet for messing with Ck . I'm glad he's been taken in the spirit I made him. A Little Bastard.
It's easy to stand on the shoulders of someone else's great work and my style is definitely pretty low-brow.
He'll get some paint at some point and if he shows up again it'll be in 'customs thread' finished.

Well, it's been a while since an OG Diggler drop, so I'm very excited for this one.

AMAZING!!!!

I like that. It gives it a very 'creepy' feeling. Its going to look a tad bit off with the limbs on, if they are to retain the cuteseyness from the original sculpt.

All in all, I do like this guy a fair bit.

Really love this guy, not just because of the awesome sculpting or creep factor, but also because it's just something I never would of thought of doing. There is a very cool little surprise detail beind the doll eyes too.

I'm working diligently on finishing up the 2nd cross over figure. It just might be the most evil figure to ever be conceived in soft vinyl.

Congrats. You guys complement each other so well it looks like you've been working together forever.

I think once this guy is assembled with the weapon, painted and among our toys it will make a lot of sense.

This guy is influenced by the horror manga imagery of Hideshi Hino, hence the cartoonish proportions. He's also designed to fit with Doji, as I wanted him and Doji to be sort of a Luke and Yoda relationship. Since he is a wild child, I wanted Doji to take him under his wing. The doll eyes are there to help tie the look of the two together.

Once Joe is done with his ill take completed studio shots.

Lee, me and Joe constantly critique each others work. Been doing so for years. So this project happened naturally. Just took a while to decide what figures to cross over.

Hopefully there will be more to come

O and the doll eyes are also the same size as the doll eye in the cyclops mask Doji wears.
