Oh, not at all. I do not have cable and have been out of the country and continent until last month. Hence my better knowledge of the current lineup of the girls generation than that of adult swim. I shall go to google now. Thanks for the clarification.

bansheebot wrote: Well, there's a more general record trade thread here: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=42029I don't really have anything besides what's there for trade. Just like toys, my collection is stubborn and rarely budges. Oh, and the new Altar of Plagues is on the same level of ruling as the new deafheaven. There's lots of electronic and post-rock influence going on here. I feel like it almost kind of picks up where Mammal left off and goes even further into incorporating interesting elements into its black metal roots. Rad! Yeah I hear ya, I can't let go of shit!

 Re: Black Metal
Aw shit that's awesome! I thought I'd just get bored with it, but fuck, I'm obsessed! Wish I got in on the ground floor now and got a splatter vinyl but whatever, it doesn't matter. I also can't find it locally (in fucking Chicago?!) at least it's not posted on the "in stock" or blog sites of the shops I hit. I just don't wanna wait for it to show in the mail.

 Re: Black Metal
Where would you recommend one would go for a good selection on death metal, Blooddrinker? I know google, i would just rather get an honest opinion from a costumer.

For any metal vinyl (particularly new), I just usually go to any of the Reckless locations if I buy locally. I mean there USED to be a few cool "metal only" record shops but they're long gone. The Reckless shops seem to have the best selection of metal vinyl here I feel like. They get some cool stuff from Hell's Headbangers, The Flenser, Rise Above, Relapse, Metal Blade pretty much most metal labels.

 Re: Black Metal
Just realized I can't find Sunbather locally because it's street date is 6/11/13. My bad, I saw them on eBay already so assumed it was out in stores.

I've officially jumped on the Deafheaven bandwagon. Got Sunbather & Roads to Judah in the mail today from Deathwish. Wish I would have given them a chance earlier, but at least I am now.
