That's why I want these, is they are so tiny. I like them more because of this. The crazy details on tiny pieces:)... They are pricey and is why I haven't pulled the trigger yet. But these are extremely high quality. I get it:)

yeah, they are pricey- but justified (at least at retail). i'm sure the packaging for these will be out of this world, i bet that ring that they are standing on is part of, if not the box itself.

These rule hard. Masks, belts, wresling ring, color.... All made to perfection. My 2 cents, if you really want these, pay the price, you will have no regrets... I would have jumped on a set if the wresling ring came with it. But as far as I can tell no wresling ring:(

Why is everyone saying these are expensive? I don't see any prices listed.

If they come packaged with the ring and cards that makes for a great set.

Everyone is right. These will be quite expensive. The Japanese retail price my guess judging by prior Ilu Ilu prices probably around 13,000-14,000 yen for the set. They are sold only as a set of 2 and are exclusives to some wrestling event.

So to say, impossible to get without a middle man, going to the show (i.e., paying the entry fees + the price of the toy + commission...).

I'm not into wrestling toys, but those have a nice feeling.

These toys are great! shame I won't be able to get any, cause I'm not willing to pay the regular retail let alone middle man prices.

Middle man price that I saw this morning was $280 plus shipping for a 2-pack.

Yeah that's the one I saw too. Too bad I'd love to have a set but oh well c'est la vie.

The figures sure turned out nice. I'm equally impressed by the art for the card set. Hopefully IluIlu will produce a few more figures like these.

Unfortunately, the ring isn't included or for sale. Bummer.

Great figures! But alas on that price (and no doubt the impossibleness of obtaining them). Like so many of Ilu Ilu's creations, I will admire them from afar. Really dig the lion wrestler, I want to see the craziness underneath his mask. It is cool he is making several variants of the figures right off the get go, unless each one is a series of three or something.

This isn't directed at anyone specifically, but after several comments about price, I just have to step and say really??? The amount of work Sakaguchi-san puts into each figure is remarkable. Do people really think it's too much to charge 5000-6500 yen for a figure like this, with the production costs and time investment? Multiple parts...mixed materials...exquisite attention to detail...packaging which is not only unparalleled but expensive to produce.

Personally I think it's a bargain, and I think the sofubi world NEEDS more outfits like Ilu Ilu, Utsugiyo, and RESTORE.

I don't think anyone is complaining about the retail price(Just the second market one). I went for a set but got the SOL email.
