Bill mentions that the glowie blue large Kanegon was bundled with a silver one. Was the glowie blue a limited release or just released on a different year, compared to the non-glowie blue?

I just got this the other day, so I hope it's not too out of place. Anyway, anyone know what this is or who makes it? It was included in a package free without a header and the only thing I can make out on the foot is "Made In Japan". Sorry about the blurry pic!

I'm not that into the micros but the sculpts for these rule, and the new color is sweet too.  (And finally getting a sculpt for the hard to find Gamakujira, Jirass, Dorako etc is great too.)
