Oh man, two perfect scores right there Ben. Fantastic. I was eyeing them both from 1ban-Boshi. Congratulations on landing the pair of them, I only wish I could still come by and check them out (i.e. play with gleefully) in person.
thanks steve, where are you now?

yep sitting at my desk right now, got it as an xmas present. I started an orange-only collection (aside from the formals i collect), got the idea from someone who was doing a pink only collection. So original, i know
edit: certainly made the discussion at xmas dinner interesting.. and he was still in the mail!
That's still awesome, though. Definitely an "only" collection I have yet to see, or really hear of. I was curious as to who picked that up from the shop so soon after they'd just been put out! His colors on the minis are great!

^^ Yeah, the mixed metallics on that PopChaos are really hard to capture in a photo . . . they look even more amazing in-hand. I've always loved mine

Such a pretty mix of colors on those guys. Kind of like underwater tones mixed with a bit of pale dead. Love it.

Wow, that target earth fish men set is glorious. I only have the guy on the right. This really makes me want to complete the trio.

Were those Target Earth figures sold as a set? So nice! Wish I had picked up on those. Were they from one of the fests?

^ Someone correct me if I 'm wrong, but I believe these were offered as preorders on Sato-san's blog a while back.
Very nice David. I see they came with their very own hermetically sealed force fields Looks cold out there! Is Aghira articulated in the legs or just the torso?

^^^ It's Icarus, sweet pea, and he only swivels at the waist and armpits.
Shouldn't you be at home with the kits? I thought you had your freedom already!
Oh I always get those two monsters mixed up! Thanks for the correction and the factoids. It would be nice if Icarus could throw some snow balls... Kittees sent me on a mission to get wet food

lucky kitties!
A handy monsta primer:
Icarus isn't entirely un bat-like
And Aghira has more than a little bit of the dinosaur about him:
