That Gosura is so lovely. I should have ordered one of those! That KR doesn't look too bad either.

Re: The "What you just got in the Mail" Thread
The Gosura is another of my massive Medicom regrets, if not the principal one. Such a lovely figure. Severely unlikely I will ever afford an original, and with this guy's appeal, I doubt even the aftermarket is going to lead to too many up for grabs. Great buy man! And the mini Goji is no slouch either.

Re: The "What you just got in the Mail" Thread
Picked up these guys recently. I don't know anything about them, other than that once I laid eyes upon them I just had to have them. Just look at those bizarre creations! Anything pachi is right up my alley, and I am an equally giant Star Wars nut, but throw those things together and I am in ecstasy. I am pretty certain they are vintage era, and were likely gumball machine/gashapon premiums. They are actually very squishy rubber though, whereas I was expecting them to be the typical cheap hard plastic. They also have holes in the base, for pencil toppers I am guessing. Other than that, I have no idea about them or their story. But they look like creatures that could have stepped right out of a set of those bizarre pachi menko cards, which I love. Stormtrooper with crab claws? Crazy insect Vader? Hell yeah! I want a whole series of these and the comic art to match. Monster mashups FTW. This is the kind of creativity we are missing in toys today. Bootlegging is a lost art.

If I remember correctly they were gum ball machine toys. Mid to late 80s, I was born in 84 so gotta be old enough for me to want them as a little kid.

I wish I had a scan of the electrical activity in your brain from the moment that you first spied these, Steve! Heart to wallet ratio must have been nice, too - congrats!

Re: The "What you just got in the Mail" Thread
^ I'm very lucky indeed. Your kind words mean a lot to me, dudes! It always feels very special to get toys we dream of, doesn't it? And "Neapolitan" is even more delicious during Summer in Rio! David, I couldn't control myself and had to peep inside REE bag before taking the first pics. Then, I decided to leave him that way... It was his turn to peep at me! I hope he likes me as much as I like him!

Re: The "What you just got in the Mail" Thread
Wow, that is a pretty substantial haul there Jason. Congrats on all the new toys (and making it through the storm). Plenty jealous, wish I could have been there myself.
